The quote to repair the felt and guttering was clear and detailed. He gave me the notice that i asked for and for the date the job was being done. He provided reassurance over what his men would need, they took photos of the work and shared them with me, so i could see what had been done, despite not being able to visit the site at the time. Chris Excellent project, from quotation to completion. Three skilled roofers worked very hard over two and half days. The site was fully cleaned at at the end and some cracked tiles, which were not evident at the quotation stage due to moss covering, were replaced with new tiles within the original quotation price. 10/10

Initially provided a quote for negotiating on a 125 year old house purchase, which compared with numerous other quotes not only included everything required, but at a most reasonable price. When we moved in, Chris booked us in ASAP and always catered to our needs throughout the whole process. Fred, Ady and guys were all considerate and pleasant to deal with. They had liaised with building control/ neighbours on our behalf and completed all the work to a very high standard within estimated timeframe. TA quick response to a request for a quotation and although took a while to agree a date events overtook us as a cancellation allowed an early start to the work which was good news. A very pleasant team of guys appeared on time together with one of the owners to oversee the job. All com0pleted easily and to our complete satisfaction. A good team and a good job which came in budget despite some extra issues that understandably arose as the leaking garage roof was exposed. only extra cost was tea which was well earned. 10/10
